      (100-300字):霉菌毒素是由真菌产生的有毒代谢产物或次生代谢产物,广泛存在于各类食品和饲料原料中,已在国内外导致多起中毒事件,每年给畜禽养殖带来巨大的经济损失。当前,各类霉菌毒素污染率高、共存率高、检测成本高、防控技术研发滞后、中毒鉴别诊断困难是饲料霉菌毒素防控领域面临的主要挑战。本文在广泛查阅近年来我国学者在国内外专业学术期刊上所发表的相关研究论文的基础上,从中筛选出一些比较具有代表性的研究成果,并根据其所提供的数据,归纳了我国不同饲料中霉菌毒素的污染现状和主要的检测技术。同时,根据国内外在饲料霉菌毒素研究方面的最新进展,探讨了我国饲料霉菌毒素污染监测方面所存在的问题,希望为该领域的科研工作者和生产者提供有用信息。
英文摘要:
      Mycotoxins are toxic metabolites or secondary metabolites of a number of fungi that can be found in numerous food and feedstuffs. They have caused many feed/food poisoning incidents and resulted in significant economic losses in the world. Currently, the high contamination and co- contamination rate, expensive detection cost, the lack of effective control strategies, and the absence of reliable diagnosis technology are the major challenges in mycotoxin hazard control. Based on the extensive collection and summary of the recently published mycotoxin contamination data focused on the feedstuffs in China, a number of representative studies were selected and presented in this review. The contamination status of mycotoxins in different feeds and the major detection techniques were summarized. To provide related information to researchers and farmers, some common problems related to the monitoring of mycotoxins in feeds were also discussed.
