      从信息管理的数据结构讲,消费者偏好是异构数据的集合。在分析消费者偏好识别问题的基础上,采用基于[0,1]的模糊集处理消费者偏好的异构数据;根据对某种商品的选择程度,提出消费者的群体协调关系;根据消费者群体的偏好和关系程度,基于不确定决策准则,建立商家的有效服务关系及策略。通过示例说明基于消费者偏好识别的服务程序应用。
英文摘要:
      In terms of data structure of information management, consumer preference is a collection of heterogeneous data. On the basis of analyzing the identification problem of consumer preference, the fuzzy set based on [0,1] is used to process heterogeneous data of consumer preference in this paper. According to the degree of choice of a certain commodity, the group coordination relationship of consumers is put forward. According to the preference and relationship degree of the consumer group, based on the uncertain decision-making criterion, the effective service relationship and strategy of the merchants are established also. An example is given to illustrate the application of service program based on consumer preference identification.
