      锆钛酸铅材料(PbZrxTi1-xO3)具有优异的铁电,压电和介电性能,被广泛用于数据存储器、声纳、压电换能器等多种领域。锆钛酸铅材料的制备和应用研究是近年来的无机功能材料的研究重点,其中通过改进锆钛酸铅材料的制备工艺和掺入杂质元素来提高材料的性能又是研究的热点。溶胶-凝胶法对各组分含量可以精确控制并且容易实现掺杂,本文采用溶胶—凝胶法,以硝酸锆、醋酸铅、钛酸四丁酯为原料,氧化铈为掺杂剂,制备了不同氧化铈掺杂浓度的锆钛酸铅(PCZT)粉体。用X射线衍射(XRD)检测了粉体的晶体结构,进行了晶格常数计算。总结了稀土铈对PZT材料掺杂后对结晶性能的影响,提出控制好退火温度和选择合适的掺杂浓度是获得良好结晶的两个关键因素。

      Lead zirconate titanate (PbZrxTi1-xO3) ferroelectric materials which have excellent ferroelectric, piezoelectric and dielectric properties are widely used in many fields, such as data container, sonar, piezoelectric transducer and so on. Lead zirconate titanate material preparation and application research is still the focus of inorganic functional materials in recent years. Through the improvement the preparation process and the incorporation of impurity elements to improve the properties of the materials is a hot research topic. Because the content of each component can be accurately controlled and easy to realize doping by sol-gel method, In this paper , using zirconium nitrate, lead acetate, four of butyl titanate as raw material, cerium oxide as the doping agent, lead zirconate titanate different cerium doping concentration (PCZT) powders were prepared by sol-gel method. By using X -ray diffraction (XRD) detection of the crystal structure of the powders, the lattice constants were calculated. The effect of cerium doped PZT materials on the crystalline properties is summarized. The control of annealing temperature and selection of suitable doping concentration are two key factors of well crystallized materials.
